DX Core-team Training
The DX journey starts by assigning a core team to define the DX project charter and lead the project. This team needs to know the latest digitalisation tools and methods to make the project a success and asure the ROI during operationalisation.
Based on these needs, our program has the following objectives:
Provide the participants a good understanding how companies operate, transform and improve from various perspectives.
Have active discussions and role-play based on real-life case studies and business examples.
Use English Business language as the medium to communicate.
This training program is part of the DX journey and can be delivered virtually and/or on premise.
The project is just the start of the DX journey. During every phase it is important to be open to change (Agility), the need to innovate and apply latest technologies to analyse the achieved results.
This is why DX-DMAIC™ is applied; to be lean in its implementation and to measure the progress towards the committed ROI.

The Foundation Course
The goal of the Foundation course is to improve the success of the core team and covers teh following areas of operations:
Organisational Structure and Design module
Compliance, CSR, Quality and Ethics module
Multinational Company operations module
Supply chain, Projects & Vendor Ecosystem module
The foundation modules provide an introduction to operations and the impact DX has on it.
Each module gradually expands the depth of understanding how to plan and execute a DX project.
These modules also establish a common understanding of all utilised terminology and concepts.
The Transformation Course
The Transformation modules will cover the critical success factors when planning a DX project.
Strategic Business planning module
Digital transformation (DX) module
Agile development and Mindset module
The covered strategic tools are applied for the charter preparation in the DX module.
An Agile mindset is a key enabler for DX and will be discussed together with scrum principles.
The Agile development module is intended as an introduction to Scrum master and Product Owner training.
The Improvement Course
The improve and control phases, (after definition, measure and analyse), are critical to achieve the ROI of the project. Changes have to be planned and implemented to adjust the applied methods and systems to the actual operations:
Innovation and Change Management module
Analytics and applied AI module
These modules are integral part of the DX project execution, and will be timed based on the readiness of the team and progress of the transformation.
Training duration and pricing
For small groups up to 4 participants, the modules are delivered in 3 steps:
up to 2 hrs webinar including Q&A
4 hrs assignment group work
2 hrs assignment review

This program is an integral part of my consulting services, where I train promising staff in management concepts and apply them in the ongoing digital transformation initiatives I am involved in.
